Just picked this higgins up prvious owner repainted it 6 years ago but still had the headbadge! I'm curious if any one has any info on it on its maker? From what I've found possibly hercules? Any idea on year or how to decode serial numbers on it?

Hey Guys Im just curious what your way is to measure the nipple seat diameter (ERD) of a rim to figure out your spoke length? I usually try to get as close of a measurement with a tape measure but while the rim is still laced up to a hub it can be tough and not super accurate, whats your way? Ty

Hey all, I recently bought some schwinn chainguards and there is 2 26" guards that say Fairlady on them?? there the jaguar, corvette style half chrome guards both are blue. Did they make them in a 26"?? one has a bracket for what looks to be a cable on top thanks Ty
