Got another suburban today. Needs some good polishin and the rear wheel tightend. might sell it, but im not really sure. My third suburban.

Got this little monark here today

The fork ends are bad, and the sprocket gives a new meaning to skip-tooth
the chain was Frozen to heck, not that i needed it.

This would be my first actually decent springer fork, which gets me excited, because ive only had the other styles

I also got this...but i dont know what the heck its from

If anyone wants/needs it let me know...

could you post some better pics of your black bike that you think is an elgin(doesnt look like one but it does look like a huffman) along with the serial #?
as for the mystery springer....its a pre 52(or somewhere there about.....im NOT schwinner :wink: ) schwinn springer missing the spring truss' and mounting hardware

The "Elgin" is torn apart...ill take some shots of it tomorrow, Im taking it to boardtrack fans house.

So, i was supposed to go and pickup that dyno i was asking about(see bike talk) and remembered this bike was close to me.
Its a Western Flyer. The wheels are gone, the seats gone but the tank is nice. i had to rip it apart to fit in my trunk(its big, but not wide enough). The chain is kind of solid, but i dont think that matters because i dont have any other skiptooth wheels...so im ditching all of it. This is my first 26" Tank bike.

Now the cool parts-Skiptooth stuff
2 Skiptooth chains

26 1X1/16 Master links

16 1/2 X 1/8 Links

12 1" Pitch master links

all NOS

and these...A Valve core and the other masters

Got these chains about 3-4 days ago.
I plan on selling them, but i might use the Bilet one.

I also got(No pics, yet)
A set of giant 26X2.125 whitewall tires
A Set of Dodge Wire Wheel caps without locks

and a VERY long time ago, i got this raleigh(no wheels picctured)

I havent been taking pictures of my finds lately,i hate taking pics in my basement because all pictures turn out dark and crappy...thats why i havnt been uploading builds either

but...heres what i just picked up about 20 minutes ago
This one is pretty cool, its a rollfast Space Racer. I remember seeing it in the store window with a tank on it...that had an old school detroit tigers sticker on it...he had it for $95...He sold the tank, sold the bike and the kids brought it back a few days later. I ended up getting it for a 1/4 of my thumb.
Dont mind the color...buti remember looking at it in the window...in alot better condition...this was in a matter of about 2 months. Told him to find me another tank. Ill probably end up selling this again anyway...Or parting it out, so whats it matter
