It was all there when I got it, just needed cleaned up and the rear fender bracket need welded back on. Super dirty. Had no tank or rear rack. Chain guard may be after market, new departure rear hub. Number on the rear drop out is 5H888119. The forks have two prongs to help hold the fork in place, it has a small plug in the bottom bracket, and head badge is a decal or paint.
