The rear hub is marked Eclipse Machine Division, Made in Elmira NY and K4 which shows it made in 1941, the 4th quarter

Front hub is marked : New Departure model W
Rims have no bents, paint;
Spokes are rusty, but more like surface, still strong, none broken
