So in addition to incorrectly tightened brakes and steering, you now have the hope that it may fold in half while you are riding it on rigorous trails? I'm instantly on board with this.

AAAAAUUUUUUUUUUGGGHHH!!!!!!! What in the name of the Wright Brothers did they do to that poor frame? It looks like a bus ran over the original and somebody jury-rugged a new rear assembly without even bothering to straighten the front forks or the main beam.....
Yes, oh yes it is that. Plus it scares me beyond description. I would gladly ride a 40+ year old American or European bike that has been left outside and rusted to the point of being deeply pitted with only a casual concern compared to the terror I would surely feel just sitting on that thing pictured.
I read one review and had to look again to see. The cranks get closer to the ground when the spring is compressed!
