I tried to resist entering RRBO6, but I had so much fun building the Kindergarten Cruiser, I had to jump in again. This time with a "big boy" bike.
This is the bike I'm starting with.

This will be my inspiration...not sure how I'll get there. But thats the fun right?

How about polishing the rim and hub, paint the spokes a deep red, add whitewalls (haven't seen that look on here yet, that I remember anyhow).

Your intentions are right. Cool bike will turn nto a cool hotrod. If you do paint the wheels red, make sure to get a the right shade of red to get a vintage vibe rather than a retro vibe.... Unless you want that ofcourse :wink:

Nothing yet. I have been so busy with life this summer, I haven't been able to even look at it again. I am thinking I might just move it to the build section and take my time building it. We'll see how the next couple weeks go. :?
