Any early MTB knowledge out there?

This one is local to me and I keep going back to it. I'm looking for a quick flip bike and this one might fit the bill but I'm not sure. I can't find too much literature on it so it's kind of bugging me now. Take a look at it and perhaps someone can shed some light. It's a Ross built bike by the way. (seller leaves that out for some reason).

It's easily worth $75 for the parts - as a whole bike, not sure what it would bring.

If you part it out you could almost certainly make some money on it.
