its been a while but since ive gotten the metal back from chrome (nickle) and installed on the bike. just got a new chain for it and waiting on the seat to get stitched up. then this one will be complete.

yeah i googled 60s huffy bikes and it seems to be a galaxie by the look of the chain gaurd. i looked really close at the drop out, but the number has been worn away. all i can make out is: H928...71... not sure.

im honored! i sure love looking at my bike, i dont think i can ever get rid of it. thanks! it makes it more ridable for different size people. the spring is for a motorbikes seat, usually takes 1 on each side. i just improvised. thanks!

shoot, what can i do about that? i went to my account options and found that my bandwith meter was at 100%. well read up on it a bit, "pro" useres (guess they pay), get more bandwith. well, the 30th it will reset. guess thats only 4 days huh. sorry.

built it almost touching the ground. when the new tires are installed and inflated ill adjust the ride hight via the springer spring. it is purposely low to scrap on any imperfection.

update on my burrito... made some handle bars for it, Z-bar frisco style motor bike bars. all white balloon tires, white grips, white sparkle banana seat... a short video to prove that it is ride able, took it on a 8 mile ride with my girl on her bike... Yaril

thanks for all the feedback guys!!! i think with most of these bikes there is a sacrifice on the performance. the bike i built with my friend was a lot less compromise. i havent tried to ride this one yet. gotta tighten up a few things before i do so. i think it just looks neat. :mrgreen: so...
