I have it torn down, and have a lot of work to do on it. I didn't mention, I do have a light for the rack, which is a delta light, but not sure if it is exactly correct, but it looks good with it. I'll get it on there somehow, and will have to make a cover for it. Thanks for the comments.

thanks for all the input. I was sure hoping to use that shifter with SA hub, but I see no I.D. on it. If all else fails, I can use the thumb shifter

I don't think the shifter is SA, but it does have indexing, so I guess that means I can use it. The s/n is K800127

I forgot to mention the s/n matches up to 1953, which seems weird since they weren't making these yet in 53

Thanks for that input. I had really no idea. I now need to try to figure out what size tires to get. Seems like it should be 26 inch. Wheels are 24 inch diameter, but they are going to need to be real skinny ones.

Just picked this up at flea market. There is no headbadge, and no holes for one, so I don't know much about it. I think it has blackout ND hubs, but has been sprayed silver. The inside of wheels is military green. Could this be a military bike?
