I put together an ebike from a 2014 Supercycle cruiser and a 48v 1000w MXUS motor. Its bare bones, only the throttle and motor are connected to the controller. Brakes are the original coasters. I'm not crazy about the look and am willing to take suggestions on it.

updates! so in the last few months I've added a springer fork, I chopped the seat tube, changed the sprocket, and due to a wear on the rear axle and needing to set the tire further back I added in a tension arm to tighten the new chain

with my cruiser almost finished I'm starting to think about a new build, and I'd like it to be a boardtrack ebike. does anyone know what kind of motor would let me to 50km/h and what the best battery to get would be?

New developments! I cut the seat tube down and pulled out the post. now I need to buy a new post and I'll remount.

curving the tube is a bit beyond what I want to to. I removed the seat and have the clamp on the front rather than the middle. It's now back about as far as I want it (though it needs supports on the back) but it's still too high. I want it clamped onto where the tube ends. any suggestions...
