Yeah I've seen that one guys site. Its kind of what helped me with the crank so far. But on the inside of my chainring whatever is holding it on to the crank has no edges for me to grip with a wrench like the one in his illustration does its just rounded. And I haven't tried to monkey with it...

Yeah ccr, ive been taking her parts off now since yesterday to get ready for the big paint strip. I officially have the bike completely apart with all the parts labeled in their respective ziplock bags with diagrams included where needed. I may be vintage bicycle ignorant, but I'm no fool. Lol...
