Just a cable and housing but a suicide shifter would be cool if it would work. I've only seen those for nexus 3 speeds

This has probably been posted before. I have a shimano 333 3 speed hub with coaster brake and i need a new shift cable. Im not having much luck finding one at any lbs so i was wondering if a nexus 3 speed shifter would work? Isit indexed the same?

Every time I buy anything for my bikes at my lbs I pay taxes, if I buy a bike or parts second hand, the person I'm buying from paid taxes when they bought it. That's enough taxes on bikes.

If memory serves, they were built by Laguna BMX in the late 70's early 80's to compete with the Kos Kruisers and OM Flyers when the race cruisers were 26 instead of 24. I remember seeing them at the track when i went between '79-'82. I found this online http://www.vintagebmx.com/community/ind...

cleaned it up a bit and found some CW copy bars that fit me better than the stockers. I'm not really crazy about the chrome but its growing on me

Raleigh DL-! Tourist. its been sitting out behind the local bike shop for awhile priced pretty high so i watched and waited than made an offer. right now it's only at the clean up and getting it running stage. I keep going back and forth between restoring or a guvnor style build.
