Yesterdays CL finds

Picked these 2 up off of CL yesterday. The asking price was $50 for each and I picked them up for $40 for both. The blue is a 196? something JC Higgins and the black was unknown to me and the seller. I just knew it looked cool and I had to have it! Turns out its a 1962 Columbia Firebolt. Im very happy with this score and my only problem is what kind of build the Firebolt will be...
Im also wondering if this is the stock stem for this bike? If its not I dont care, Its sweet looking no matter what.
