Western Flyer Buzz Bike 2+1

I new found bike collector I met recently while cruising the boardwalk in Va. Beach, asked me if I was interested in this banana seat Western Flyer Buzz Bike 2+1. He has replaced the seat with a Schwinn seat and the paint looks to be original blue. I couldn't find a serial on the frame.
Cool looking wheelie bar which may not be that valuable.

What do you muscle bike collectors think the rarity and value is?

I saw one of those in great condition 2011 on Ebay $105 but never went past the reserve. I have only seen a few unlike the other bikes.

I believe I posted about that one I mentioned above at the time. The video doesn't work anymore but it was Railrider's vid according to my old thread.
