I am gathering parts and pieces to build a BBQ trailer for my cruiser, it will have a small smoker made from a couple propane tanks, a vintage cooler, and maybe I can squeeze in room for a small charcoal grill.

So far Ive got the propane tanks, the vintage cooler, the charcoal grill, and Ive got my hitch figured out, still need to scrounge up some wheels and material to make the frame.

should come out similar to this one... http://ratrodbikes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=15857&st=0&sk=t&sd=a

Thats cool man.."Smokin on the run.." Post the pictures here..?

Ok I was starving and then switched to burnouts.....hummm for some reason now Im starving and have the urge to go fast....go figure

no smoker, just the round, charcoal grill. Same work though. I don't get to smoke (or slow cook) large amounts of meat, but I do my fair share of ribs, pork shoulder, pork loin. Tomorrow, I'm going to slow roast a whole turkey. I use apple wood chips and pecan mostly. I'm saving for a nicer, larger smoker, but for now my little grill does super.
As far as salmon, I've cooked it on a cedar plank (yummy) among other things. I've also grilled scallops, shrimp, cornish game hen and various other meats.
everything tastes better with a little smoke. Since I don't need a new smoker to make my own sauces and rubs, that's next on my agenda.

Ok my BBQ trailer is done!
