Radsonne triple light

Found this Radsonne triple light the other day but, didn't buy it because it is missing one of the 3 lights.
Has anyone ever seen one of the these?
Radsonne did make bike lights but, in your opinion is this a bicycle light or something that was used on possibly a motorcycle?
