Cancel the transaction due to improper shipping demands. If he leaves negative feedback, ebay will remove it since it wasn't within your sales guidelines. Offer it to the second highest bidder, odds are he'll take it and you'll only lose the incremented bid.

I actually have the rear fender, just didn't put it on the bike. Put the front on to show the rocket ray. Need pedals, and a few nuts and bolts, some of the drum brake parts are MIA, and a nice set of white walls. Will probably get a pair of John's Royal Chains.

Took the crank off the white one to see the date, and it's also a '68 of February.

Yeah, the green one is in amazing shape. Just needs a cleanup, new seat, tires and tubes. Chrome has a little bit of surface rust and that's it. Paint has a few chips, other than that, it's in great shape. The white one is showing the original green paint, so I'll be cleaning that one up...
