its a yugo, which means grenade attachment fun. it's a later model too. manufactured in either 81 or 82 I believe from what basic research I've done on it
is that ride-able? it just looks like you'd have to lurch pretty far forward to reach the bars that it might make the pedaling awkward. or it might work even better and i cant just picture it right now

it's actually got something growing on the rear fender, it's rust and green. the thing was laying in a pile of grass for a good 3 years or so the guy said
steel wool and some new tubes. i just picked up some wood bleach (oxalic acid) and im going to try that as opposed to the naval jelly route that i've been doing
ya i kinda realized the name was right there afterwards, and fun stuff on the elgin. im thinking of buying some flat clearcoat to keep it from rusting anymore and just keeping it looking the way it is.
