Found this old bike in a barn full of bikes that we bought. No head badge or s/n can anyone help with the identification. It has 4 top tubes all connected to the head tube. It also has 2 side pull brakes on the rear. 10 speed dual lever top tube mounted shifters. Any help appreciated. Pictures...

O.K. Here is what I have learned. The crazy logo on these brakes are the intertwined letters J I S. Which stands for Japanese Industrial Standard. The logo can be found on any Japanese product and does not indicate the maker just that it meets the Japanese Industrial Standard. If anyone knows...
