I don't rightly know, the 20s are very collectible, but the 16 although harder to find is a bit of a freak. You might want to find somebody who collects raleighs. Although in that condition it may be worth more as parts, since I assume the folding handlebars and related hardware must be rare as hens teeth.

Edit: a nice one just sold for $359 on ebay, and an average, non-folding rsw 16 sold for $200.

$5 tops. About the only salvageable part is the rear hub and AW hubs go for about $5. Just to make it rideable means new tires, tubes, chain, cables, seat, grips. More to fix that it will ever be worth. Time for a RatRod project.

I paid $35 for a non-folding RSW 16 in great shape.
