Do any of you know the manufacturer and what these were used on?

Generic Japanese road bike, probably 1970s. I think they're Shimano, as I have seen them paired with Eagle and Falcon derailleurs.

O.K. Here is what I have learned. The crazy logo on these brakes are the intertwined letters J I S. Which stands for Japanese Industrial Standard. The logo can be found on any Japanese product and does not indicate the maker just that it meets the Japanese Industrial Standard. If anyone knows more please post.
