I'm thinking I'm going to change the bars to some small apes. Change the sissy (because I think I'm going to need what's on it) obviously change the seat. And find a guard for it. That's why I wanted to know what it was so I can hunt down a guard. It looks like 16". I don't think a slick would work because those look like solid tires. So I'll clean it up best I can. Slap some paint on it, and see what happens.

I think that is a Ross Polo Bike Jr. It is a 16", with 1.75 semi pneumatic tires. Those look like Carlisle Zephyr Flyte tires on the bike. That will make a cool little project!

You're wrong. It's a young kid's bike. Old kids need something bigger than a 16".
