Wheel Size/Tire Help Needed

Hoping someone can help me out here. I'm trying to finish up a resurrection project but I'm hung up on a wheel/tire issue. Does anyone happen to know what size wheel a 26x2x1-3/4 tire will fit? I know that's a strange question but I have 2 tires, one wheel that they will fit and one that they will not. The wheel that they will fit has no markings at all so I've been trying to decipher the hideous maze of codes that make up vintage and foreign tire sizing.
I'm one front wheel away from finishing up this project. I'd just buy a different size tire for it but its a 28x1-3/8 which I've not been able to locate, particularly in a whitewall. Anyone got any help to offer? Thanks!

26 x 2 x 1 3/4 fits a Schwinn 26 inch S7 wheel.

Seems there should be a sticky for this?
When 2 tires are in hand that appear to fit the same wheel but do not, look at the #'s on the tires.
The important # to compare is the bead diameter.
559 on "normal" 26", 571 for the 26 x 1 3/4" (not the same as 26 x 1.75)

That's not my issue. Basically I just have two different sized wheels. The tires fit the rear one but I needed to know the size of that wheel in order to buy a front wheel. Thanks.

What is the bead diameter of the tire that fits the wheel that you want to match?

I have the tires. They are 26x2x1-3/4.
They will fit the rear wheel.
I just need a front wheel that they will fit.

So you need a front wheel that fits a 26 x 1 3/4" tire, which has a bead diameter of 571.
That size is sometimes called S-7, as it was a proprietary Schwinn size for some time; the Schwinn rims that take 571 tires are marked S7.
