seat stays are broken off the rear uprights - my own 5 speed has same issue, that I never noticed before purchase, due to only being 'displaced' about 1/2" back and covered up with a cable lock .. my bad.
That frame will need welding and a full restore / paint...missing parts. will be watching to see where it ends, so I feel better about what I paid for mine .
