whats a rat rod

hi all,
does anybody know where I can see more pics of the bike that is in the "whats a rat rod " 2nd one on the left in front of the texaco station.
I like the bike, and the tank would like to see a better pic. just got a schwinn straightbar frame and wanted to buy a tank, but they are too expensive and was thinking of making my own. :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

ahhh you mean pin it? that was built by mr clothespin'in himself and in my opinion was the bike there that had the most hand work done to it. the tank i beleve was all hand done and it is a sick bike and i have not even seen it in person lol.

That Tank was Fun to Build.

I knew that if I had One of those Castle Nuts
in the Wrong Place,
The "Eye" would not associate it as a True Offie Head.

The Lay out was a bit of work,
but I am Happy with the results..

I ride that Bike Silly!
I have put about 300 Miles on her already and only one of
those Castle Nuts came of..

and that's because it was so Hot here last week,
that my Kickstand MELTED into The Blacktop Driveway
...and she Fell Over.

The tank has Held out well to Bumps...and the Odd
Curb Jump :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
