What year of Hiawatha?

this bike is a Hiawatha bike and this is the serial number E22S62 i need to know what year this bike is please. thanks in advance...

Can you post bigger pictures? Especially the rear dropouts. And are there any other markings after the serial number? Such as Cw, ACw, etc?

looks like a CWC frame.

the serial number should be under the bottom bracket.

Pretty sure its a 1946

This bike would not be from the first Cleveland Welding postwar “E” series because it has several features that mark it as later; the deep curve downtube, the annular ring stamped seat collar, and the fluted, rectangular cross-section rims. I would guess this is an E----- Cw series bike because of those features so it would date the bike to near-abouts late 1948.
