Looks like a Murray RamRod Convertible but the rear frame is different and I can't remember where I've seen that before..... :?:
Nice to see a big pic of that bike and don't forget to say hi in the Intros section.
Check out the pictures in the link below towards the bottom there are color photos that have bikes that look real close to it and 6-540 Ram-Rod looks like it's the same color as yours too.
