What kind of frame is this?

Hi there

I bought this bike last monday, but i have no idea what kind of frame it is

90% of it looks quite like a Micargi Falcon But it's not
the down tube is different, and i think my bike is longer.

serial number is PL05L08468 but that won't do any good i think.

Does anyone have any idea??

My guess would have been a Micargi but I see you've ruled that out.
I assume it's been repainted? Nice color.

It really looks like a Micargi to me.

Im thinking... since it was repainted, maybe just maybe the person that painted it sanded out any filler around the junction of the head tube/down tube? That is, if the factory used filler at that joint in the first place??
