What is this bike??? pics

got this old ladies cruiser this past weekend in a big score. Don't know much about it, but it don't stop me from cruisin it! I swapped the seat to something "managible" because this duct tape madness was killin the boys. The headbadge is illegible, but I can see some stars on it. The top tube is split in 2 smaller tubes. The rear coaster hub says "made in england" . Don't know much else. Here's some pics...

dont know for sure but i was thinking it was a jc higgins from the chainring, ive got the same frame it seems and mine had a "Perry -made in england" rear hub too.

I think it could be a Monark.If you can post a better picture of whats left of the headbadge,might help.On a side note if anyone has one of those chainrings for sale,please let me know,I'm in need of one despratly..Dayzwalker,good luck with your quest to identify her.
