what is it?

gday I found this bike (well most of a bike) in a scrap metal pile. what is it? and is it worth restoration? besides surface rust the frame bars frorks are good not dented or cracked

I wouldn't restore it. I would clean it. bring it back to life, restoring costs more money in the end then most bikes are worth, refurbishing them is the better route to take.
