its a monark frame, but the tank is incorrect. tank might be a shelby or ross chain co. somebody will narrow it down. :wink:

looks like a monark special cruiser (52-54). the tank looks like one off of a shelby deluxe around the same year, but the decals/silkscreening im not sure about . . . .could have been aoff of a bike rebadged for a department store. hope that helps!
