I think on the serial number, the first number is the second digit of the year, 3 would be 63, or 73. That bike has the same Huffy decal on the seat tube as the ones I've seen that are mid 60's. I think that's mid to late 60's. Girl's take good care of their bikes, that bike is in great shape.
