I think 70s or newer but the frame it's really bent. Check out the seat tube

Late 70's early 80's, yeah check the decal above the bottom bracket should be the month then year if the decal is still there, I forgot to tell you at the cabe if the decal is not there then maybe the numbers on the stem above the insert line which the last number should be it.

Exactly. The short fenders and smooth chainguard are typical of late 70s-80s bikes. I have one like that, I think it's an 81. -Adam
