vintage BMX what is it?? is it a REDLINE? Nope it's a AKISU

i scored this at a garage sale, it has redline hanlebars, nitto mx-5 neck, tange grips. It looks like it had stickers at one time which someone poorly scraped over then painted. The downtube is not round but has more of an oval shape to it. I only guessed redline because of the handlebars. Seems to be a japanese made something? Any guesses? Serial # A 88101234,

I thought Redline too, but I don't recall seeing that rear drop out design on a Redline.

Definitely a cool bike...planning to keep it or sell it?
