Fellow Twin Citians,
The MN Antique and Classic Bike club is having their annual swap meet Sunday 10Jun12
EDIT: CL ad is no longer there so Penn Cycle in Bloomington, 8Am to 2 pm

They have a great bike show too and this will be the third time I've gone


This is the group that has the fall bike ride and is a good bunch of people

I bought my Typhoon at the swap meet 2 years ago.
Both my friend MrK and me, before we knew each other, saw a Spaceliner that was already sold ($100)
So MrK says we have to be there exactly at 8AM :lol:

I'll be looking for accessories for my build off bike, There was quite a few last time
Found the chrome rack for (on my wife's Spaceliner) for $10 last time

So if you in the area, stop by, and bring a bike for the show too

The swap meet was really fun! MrK and me got there early and started making the first round.
Nickinaoter and his Mom were there and we had a great time with them
Staring to recognize people and they have a lot of interesting stories
On with the pics:
Nick brought a full trailer. Had some bargains but I was looking for parts today

Nick brought his Radio bike and we got to cruise around in it

Nick was just ready to bargain on a $75 Elgin and all of a sudden MrK walks up with it, sorry Nick

Really liked this bike for some reason, maybe it's the silver paint and reflector

This was very different

I've never seen a factory trike (kinda?) with such a cool rake

Stuck to my plan and found a few more bits and bobs

So we had a lot of fun, nice people, nice bikes

Nick did you buy that shaft drive Pope??
How did the Radio Bike do in the show? I voted for ya

Thx Steve, I had a great time, no I didn't buy the pope shaft drive he didnt come down 1 bit on the price and i

I'm sorry don't mean to be rude. I meant to say, I see a lot of nice bikes at this swap. Wish I had the time and money to go to other swaps and pick up bikes and meet other bike people in some of the towns and citys in the midwest.
