Ok here's the deal. I was wrong about this bike being a Seiberling Roadking! The bike is actually a STELBER! I'm sorry for any confusion I caused.
Here are some more pics and I hope to get some good info on this bike and I know this is the absolute best place for that! Thanks guys.

That's a Hedstrom crank. Some called it a wire or velo crank. Take those two nuts and the cover off, and the whole BB will lift off the frame. You can remove the bearings by removing the left pedal and driving out the roll pin on the LH side of the crank. If I remember right, there is a spacer bushing that fits inside and between each of the bearings. Was there a bike factory in Springfield, MA? Thanks!!
