University beater

Not my usual build, but my son wanted a beater for college. He didn't have much of a wish list (different gears for hills and straight bars) so I took an old Chech cottered bike (I think it is a Favorit) and threw on some schwinn s6 rims with a Sturmney 3-speed. Added a couple junk bros. details and called it a short day. I know the ratty gumwalls will have to go soon, but I have a new set waiting.

I'm surprised how well it rides...
