"Unisex" Trailmate bike?

Here's a bike that I may purchase for 25.00 on CL...any info on it would be cool. The guy says it's a guys or girls bike. I think it's more of a girls. I've never seen a frame quite like that before...almost reminds me of a Townie. haha. Maybe I'll get it for my daughter and fix it up....
Thoughts?

Looks like a mixte frame to me, just without the twin top tubes. Yep, that's unisex all right!

25 bucks is a steal girls or guys.Through some paint and white walls on it and get rid of it for something new...thats what i have been doing lately.But still a good buy indeed.

Polish up the chrome...add whitewalls...word.
