I knew it had some value to it because of the motomages so I posted it up on cl on Monday for some fast cash I had a good lead on a bunch of new old stock parts and I got a offer from a gentleman in Detroit that had Thease a 52 panther and a 46 b6 and he offed me a trade for the goose and I was hooked when he sent me Thease picks

And we came up with a deal for the goose for the panther with out the seat in the pick or with the seat and 300 bucks I just dident have the cash for the seat and he wanted more money for the b6 and to be honest I like the look of a straight bar tank more and this morring we went on a road trip to make the trade. Here are some picks of the parts I went to look at too lots of stuff still in the boxes just a bunch of cool stuff

I would say the little bit of Crome peeling on the front fender is the worst part on the bike and the guts in the light were pretty bad too but it was nothing a led coudent fix

Wow, two beautiful Schwinn options. Is the Panther original paint? If it is, that's amazingly preserved. Especially on the tank, which usually flakes being on chrome.

Any idea what he wanted for the B-6? I'm in metro Detroit and may want to splurge but it looks out of my price range..

I know the Moto-Mags bring some coin but you for sure got the better end of that deal. Great pick up on the parts too, what are your plans for them? There is some stuff in that pile that would look great over my way

Yea it's all og paint its just sun bleached the in side of the grips are really red and dose have unfaded paint under the tank and i think he was asking 1500 or 1600 for the b6 and I thought he might of said he was going to take it to the ann Arbor show but I'm not sure didn't get any of those parts yet Couldn't quite afford what he was asking for the lot.he was having some other people come and take a look and if he Couldn't sell the hole lot than he would start parting it out and he would give me a call so I can buy some of his stuff I hope.

You can see your reflection in the chrome of the panther tank. Thats always a good sign. Where did the NOS stuff come from? Had someone been hoarding a stockpile?

That Panther is super. Save your money and go back for the seat!! I know little to nothing about BMX bikes. Having said that, I wouldn't trade the Panther for a dozen of those Mongooses...or would that be Mongeeses? :p Gary

Lovely Panther, very nice. Like the pile of parts too I'd give my left one for a siren, love those!!
