She's clean! I've had a handful of 24" Spyders come through the stable and they're definitely fun. Yours is an earlier one, distinguished by the shifter style and the cantilever frame. I'd put it as a '66-68. I believe the studded redline is original on the rear.

I would not say cheap, but it did not hurt too bad. As far as the rear tire, it hard to tell from the picture but it is brand new, the tread is more of a modern mountan bike tread than the old lugged type, over all I am more and more happy with it.
