The Unknown Chainguard

Can any one out there ID this chain guard? Appears to have been repainted. I got it with a box of parts. Measures about 19 1/2 inches long.

That's the same style that's on my '48 Hawthorne. I think it's fairly generic and can be found on various bikes.

Yeah, that's an old universal accessory guard. The third rivet hole up front would be used to fit differently shaped bikes.

Some late 30's Schwinn models used that guard. The present location of the front bracket implies a girls bike or a boys with curved down tube.
