Sweet, basically the same idea I been practicing for years, when I get too many bikes and not enough space I pull the pedals off throw them in a bag and hang it from the handlebars, twist the bars sideways, and pack them in the shed tight. Cool folding pedals but I'd hate to have one of those pedals fold while riding though.

i guess my faux fixie project can do that (not the belt drive though). since i started with a folder it has handle bars that turn sideways easy, or actaully come off. and it had the folding pedals, but i put on regular ones.
