I started taking pics after I chopped the one fender it came with into two.

I put the front wheel on the back to get a good visual on the fender and check clearances for the WTC tires since the rear wheel hadn't been built yet.

The bike has now been stripped down, smoothed and primered. It has a few little details to take care of before the final primer and sanding. The wheels are finally done and because I went way over budget on them it may be a few more weeks until I can pick them up. That should give me plenty of time to get the frame finished but I haven't even started prepping the fenders or fork yet. I'm still not sure of the way that seat looks but it sure is comfy. I've also been hoping to come across a springer for the front but now I'm thinking of doing something custom with one or two rear MTB shocks.

Here is the frame before I started

This is after grinding, filling, sanding and priming.

Thanks! I'm thinking of painting it gloss black with bright green metal flake. the wheels I had built are like the front one on the mock-up except with green nipples. the rear has a Bendix two speed kick back hub with coaster and the front has a plain bendix coaster. the plan is to fab a lever and sprocket to pull a chain which will activate the brake. I'll also have to figure out how the speedo gear is going to mount to the coaster hub. I was hoping to enter this bike in the build off this year but since I actually started the project in November I don't think I will even tho it's completely disassembled right now and I haven't worked on it in months. I have another bike I'm considering entering but I really want to finish this one first. Here's the rear fender with 2 coats of black, 3 mistings of green metallic, 3 clear coats and polished and waxed. the metal flake is invisible until the light hits it:
