Thanks all for the compliments. "THE MEAT WAGON" sounds perfect for this thing. I'm still open for suggestions on any other names so bring it on!!!! I smoked a Tri tip the other day (a large cut of the rear quarters of a cow, for those of you not on the west coast) and my gosh this thing was smokin' up a storm. I wanted to ride it while cooking but I need to fashion up a basket to keep the hot coals from moving around; I might even have something that will work.
