Looks like the large ones are all sold out...but the mediums have plenty of top tube for a 26" bmx cruiser. I've looked at a couple of used ones in the past, that were definitely beat on, and couldn't find any cracks. Very industrial looking...not particularly pretty .
I have one on the way...just thought I would put this out there for anyone else that wanted a cheap bmx cruiser frame.

edit - these should be the belt drive capable versions of the Folsom as well...
