Strato Flyer Spaceliner

I bought this one from someone off CL the other day. I washed it and polished the chrome as best I could. Wish I woulda taken before pictures. The chain gaurd is missing because it's at a sign shop getting the strato flyer name put back on. Also the plastic cap from the crank is not here because it was pretty beat up and is getting a fresh coat of paint. Lot's more work to be done with it.

Yeah it rides smooth. I want to add a chrome rack in the back and maybe a spotlight? My chain gaurd should be ready by friday. I really want to find some sort of chrome tank to throw on it. I'm really having some trouble with the chrome though...it has some sort of clear coat on it thats half peeled off???? Advice?

Nice one! I think some people here have used Aircraft remover to get the clearcoat off, but I've never done it myself.

Try some oven cleaner, I have had mixed results with it. The wifey might have some laying around. :wink:
