Looks kind of like a meerschaum pipe.

VERY KOOL REALLY LIKE THE SKULL did you make the skull yourself

Yeah I made the skull, the process is not very hard you just need a couple body hammers
some sharp pointed objects like chisels,screwdrivers,nails anything that you can dent the sheetmetal into shape.
And the most important lots patience, It's going to look ugly before it starts looking like something.
