I was walking home from school today, and I saw this leaning up against a stop sign in front of an antique shop. I fell in love with it, and paid $50 for it. It has the rear rim, but no tube or tire.

I was just wondering what exactly I bought here, I know it's fairly new though.

Nice straight blade forks, but since those did not come on Murrays (especially classic or vintage ones), I am wondering if the
chainring, which is Murray, is original to the bike or are the forks original to the bike? I am leaning towards forks being
original, as the rear dropouts don't look vintage Murray to me, but I have been wrong before. Definatly not a Spaceliner and looks more like 70's or 80's made. Cool chrome cruiser!

That is a cool bike, the seat is the style Murray used in the 80's & 90's made by Messenger or Persons if it's a Murray the first part of the serial should be MO &/or 502 usually for a Murray built Sears bike.
