serial number help. bought a dyno and need to know more info from the serial numbers MT90101831

First 9 = 1999;
01 = January;
01831 = not sure, may be number produced, (seems high if for January alone).

Some production lines might skip and/or later re-use serial numbers (cancellations, holds, options, etc.).
