I got on here last night for some inspiration and got some good ideas.
this is how i spent my Sunday.

First I decided to touch up my 79 western flyer by adding a bent seat post. Then I got crazy with a space liner chain guard and finally I ended up painting the chain guard and tank.
oh and the light too.

I think it turned out okay. I've dubbed it the scrape liner since i drag fender when i ride.

And I was looking at some crazy low builds and I got the idea to stretch my 16" Schwinn mini scrambler to fit 20" wheels on it. I used a pair of 20" schwinn front forks to relocate the 20" wheel.
I also took the liberty of reupholstering a seat with black vynal from a ruined 93 Honda del Sol seat.
more to come for this build. It's just getting started.
sorry for the night pics, my phone doesnt have flash.

Future plans so far are, a super curved springer, paint it red, whitewall slick and skinny, 20" front wheel, and some big apes. Oh and a long big chain guard. maybe i can find one from a tandem so it will stick off the back a ways!

And heres a picture of my grape hanger. its goofy but so comfy.

stripped the paint mostly. then cleared it so it wont rust while i figure out what color i want it.
I really think flat or semi gloss white would look amazing on a schwinn frame.
I got a fender made for the back, but I need to get bigger bolts to hold the extender bars on cause my back wheel just keeps going to the right and the chain isnt staying tight.
maybe this weekend or Wednesday I will get around to that. could be tomorrow too, who knows?

heres some more night pics LOL.

bigger front wheel definately, otherwise it looks really cool. keep on keeping on and maybe think about bigger bikes  hahaha

Thanks. I do need to find some non bent 20" wheels for it.
I've got some big bikes, but everyone does them and I've always had a passion for 20"ers.
I got a real clean 62 Atkins and a girls firestone i might post up.
And I got the remains of a girls spaceliner laying in the shed to put to good use.

Update: Decided to use my factory 16 inch forks to make new extension bars with holes that I measured before drilling and bigger bolts. Still crooked though. I def need an unbent rear wheel to figure this alignment issue out.

Put a Schwinn 20 inch back wheel and a regular 20 inch front on to to get it sitting right.
I pretty much fixed the rear alignment issues, but I need some more bracing to keep the rear dropouts from bending. other than that, the wheel is mostly and stays straight.
